PART TIME SECRETARY/BOOK KEEPER REQUIRED AT AMNERS FARM
We require a part time secretary/book keeper asap.
Quickbooks experience is essential to facilitate book keeping including invoicing, VAT, bank reconciliation and running of small payroll scheme.
Also general administration and secretarial support to the Farm Manager and Assistant Farm Manager including dealing with telephone enquiries and visitors to the farm as well as being involved in organising lambing weekends and other events.
There is also the opportunity to take on a more creative role in helping develop the farm website and promote the services and activities of the farm.
This role would ideally suit a self employed individual who is able to commit to approx 2/3 days a week, hours and rate of pay negotiable.
